Rolling.ro: First of all tell us your full name, age, location?
Don: Don Bambrick, 21 years old, Eastpointe MI

Rolling.ro: How long have you been skating?
Don: 11 ... maybe 12 years...damn

Rolling.ro: How were things for you when you first started skating compared to now?
Don: My dad used to drive me from street spot to street spot. Now I drive.

Rolling.ro: How did it all start for you?
Don: Well on my 10th birthday I got a skateboard as a present. So my parents took me to Airborne Skatepark. When I got there I saw people rollerblading and was like: oh shit. So I went home and got my roller hockey skates came back to the park and started shredding on blades

Rolling.ro: Your parents always supported you?
Don: Definitely 100%. They always drove me around and what not. So I could blade with the big boys

Rolling.ro: Who do you skate for now? (sponsors)
Don: Razors, Street Artist Urethane, Vibralux Denim

Rolling.ro: And which of them is the moast important to you?
Don: Haha your trying to get me in trouble right now. They are all important to me because there all solid ass companies. Putting qaulity products out there for rollerbladers.

Rolling.ro: Anything new with Razors comming up in the future?
Don: we're filming for a new team video this summer

Rolling.ro: What can you tell about this video?
Don: Nothing much , we haven't gotten started yet. But it is being filmed and edited by Brazilionaire

Rolling.ro: What's it going to be called?
Don: Oh haha, not sure yet.

Rolling.ro: Any idea who's going to be in it besides you?
Don: Well you got Aragon , Murda , Dre ... and me .

Rolling.ro: How did you get to where you are now? (in rollerblading)
Don: Love, hard work , dedication and a little luck I suppose

Rolling.ro: How is it to be "an inline star"?
Don: It rules 90s style

Rolling.ro: Do you regret Mindgame?
Don: Well it's a shame. But it was just it's time to go I suppose. Shane couldn't pay the riders so he pulled the plug. But of course I was suprised...you would never expect to get that phone call.

Rolling.ro: Do you have any new projects for the future?
Don: I'm finishing up an online edit for the release of my pro wheel from Street Artist. And like I said new razors team video...and hopefully I can shoot some photos. That would be cool.

Rolling.ro: What about a pro model with your name on it?
Don: Pro boot? All I can say is that it's not in the works right now.

Rolling.ro: What setup do you skate now?
Don: Razors Icons 2 with all black parts and Street Artist wheels and Ground Control frames

Rolling.ro: What are your favorite spots to skate?
Don: Anything non conventional.

Rolling.ro: What's the crazyest thing you've done with your skates?
Don: Threw them into the ocean for no reason. Or that double set in "Accidental Machines"

Rolling.ro: What kind of music do you listen to when you rollerblade?
Don: I don't listen to an ipod while I skate. But I'm into lots of stuff. Lately I have been listening to alot of the kinks.

Rolling.ro: What movies did you star in and wich one pleased you the most?
Don: I like my Vibralux on top part.

Rolling.ro: Are you a competitive person?
Don: Very, but for some reason I don't enjoy skate contests

Rolling.ro: Do you have any "rivals" with whoom you like to compete when you skate?
Don: Haha not one bit. I like to vibe with people, and if I don't dig someone I'm not even gonna' skate beside them

Rolling.ro: What's your oppinion about the World Rolling Series?
Don: I like it. I think it's cool there is a ranking and that not every AM can come and skate with the big boys right off the bat.

Rolling.ro: Who do you think will win the WRS this year? And why?
Don: I'm gonna' go with Broskow or Haffey. I don't think I need to elaborate on why.

Rolling.ro: Are you into any other activities besides rollerblading?
Don: Sports are tight, especially hockey and basketball. I actually played ice hockey for 6 years before I skated.

Rolling.ro: Why did you quit hockey?
Don: I just got sick and tired of team sports. The practices and the structure...I just wanted to skate and do that when and where I felt like.

Rolling.ro: What do you think you would have done if you didn't rollerblade?
Don: Hockey player ... hooligan who knows

Rolling.ro: What sacrifices did you make for this sport?
Don: I'm a highschool drop out and lately my knees have been sore for no reason.

Rolling.ro: What was your best, and what was your worst experience in rollerblading?
Don: Couldn't even pin point either of those if I tried

Rolling.ro: Which is the most important thing when you skate?
Don: Destroying...haha na just trying to figure out the coolest trick to do and then doing it

Rolling.ro: What's your favourite combination and favourite trick?
Don: Don't have one

Rolling.ro: Which are the most important contests you have participated in? Best results?
Don: I have never really been into contests. But one time I did win some crystal at a bittercold showdown some years ago

Rolling.ro: What skating videos do you like the most? Which is your favourite skater? And why?
Don: Too many videos and skaters to name all at once...but anything Feinberg did was great

Rolling.ro: Have you ever heard of any romanian rollerblader? and if so, what's your opinion?
Don: I'm not really familiar with romanian rollerblading. It would be cool to see some stuff from there though, for sure

Rolling.ro: Ok, so...last question, what's your advice to the youth of rollerblading?
Don: Skate as hard as you live
