Rolling.ro: Care sunt spoturile tale preferate?
Connor: Pai aveam un rail perfect langa casa mea numit "trv", ala era unul din preferatele mele. Hmm nu prea am un spot preferat pentru ca dup-aia spot-ul devine prea uzat, am un skatepark preferat insa in Arizona (Tempe)

Rolling.ro: Ai vre-un proiect nou pentru viitor?
Connor: Momentan lucrez la un video cu Doug Urquhart, filmand o gramada pentru el in ultima vreme, totul e bine pana acum

Rolling.ro: Ce ne poti spune despre acest video?
Connor: Va fi foarte bun

Rolling.ro: Un "inside story"?
Connor: Va trebui sa asteptati si sa vedeti, e tot "high def", ce zici de asta?

Rolling.ro: Haha...cine va aparea in el?
Connor: Asta nu pot sa spun

Rolling.ro: Ce ne poti spune despre ultimul model Remz?
Connor: Nimic, de fapt nici nu as putea sa va spun, sunt asa de ocupat incat nu aflu nimic decat de-abia cu o luna inainte de premiera noului model

Rolling.ro: In ce filme ai aparut si care te-a multumit cel mai mult?
Connor: Wow nu stiu raspunsurile la aceste intrebari! Hmmm sa vedem...Trash, 4x4, VG23, Noir, Teach Them Well, altele care nu mi le mai amintesc acum, cele care m-au multumit cel mai mult sunt probabil videourile pe care le-au facut prietenii mei, intotdeauna am fost un fan al videourilor lui Carl (Sturgess), (Film, Demode, Killerboots), Doug Urquhart (Hashassins, Barely Dead), Brain Fear Gone, Smell The Glove....imi plac o gramada de videouri



Rolling.ro: Mai ai vreo alta activitate in afara de role?
Connor: Da, imi plac toate aspectele cinematografiei/fotografiei, editing-ul, produsul si chestii de genul, treburile astea sunt distractive. Merg la sala mult sa scap de toate loviturile pe care le am de la role

Rolling.ro: Ce sacrificii ai facut pentru acest sport?
Connor: Prea multe ca sa le numesc, in mare mi-am ruinat corpul pentru totdeauna facand acest lucru, gleznele mele sunt facute praf, mi-am rupt ligamentele de mai multe ori, menisc rupt in genunchiul stang, am un os rupt partial in genunchiul drept deci momentan port niste carje ELS cea ce e nasol, m-am luat si la bataie din cauza rolelor, m-am despartit de prietene, am sacrificat slujbe, sacrific multe pentru rolling, dar merita cu totul

Rolling.ro: Care a fost cea mai buna si cea mai rea experienta a ta in rolling?
Connor: Cea mai buna amintire a fost cand m-a sunat Kato si m-a intrebat daca vreau sa fiu in team-ul remedyz, aia a fost tare, cea mai rea experienta .... probabil cand mi-am rupt ligamentele de la glezna stanga dupa ce mi-am prins role in niste boscheti dupa ce am sarit de pe o bara, asta a fost cam acum 4 ani

Rolling.ro: Care e cel mai important lucru cand te dai?
Connor: Sa imi amnitesc sa-mi aduc rolele haha

Rolling.ro: Care sunt concursurile cele mai importante la care ai participat? Cele mai bune rezultate?
Connor: Haha, nu sunt un roller de contesturi deloc, particip in mai toate concursurile, doar pentru distractie insa, am castigat cateva concursuri street pe aici si pe-acolo, cred ca am castigat doar unul sau doua contesturi park, intotdeauna ajung in finale insa, deci asta e bine presupun haha

Rolling.ro: Ce videouri cu role iti place cel mai mult? Care e roller-ul tau preferat? Si de ce?
Connor: Probabil filmul 4x4 pentru dificultatea trick-urilor, si Barely Dead pentru filmat, rollerul meu preferat as zice ca e Rob Thompson (cand se dadea), dar Erik Bailey acum, Chriss Haffey e deasemenea destul de bun (haha)



Rolling.ro: Care e trick-ul si switch-ul tau preferat?
Connor: Intotdeauna am fost un fan true fish - inspin soul, trick-ul meu preferat e un top-soul normal

Rolling.ro: Ai auzit de vre-un roller roman? Si daca da, ce parere ai?
Connor: Hmmm nu pot sa zic ca am auzit

Rolling.ro: Ok, deci...ultima intrebare, care e sfatul tau pentru tineretul rolling-ului?
Connor: Singurul meu sfat pe care pot sa-l dau e sa iubesti cea ce faci si la naiba cu restul. Da-te din dragoste nu pentru altceva.

Connor: Haha am I? I'll tell you when I find out haha

Rolling.ro: Haha, i can tell you, alot of skaters here have heard of you.
Connor: It's cool I guess, I don't really think about it to tell you the truth, I just skate

Rolling.ro: What are your favorite spots to skate?
Connor: Well I used to have this perfect flat rail near my house called "trw", that was up there as one of my favorites. Hmmm I don't really have a favorite spot because then the spot gets played out, I have a favorite skatepark in Arizona though (Tempe)

Rolling.ro: Do you have any new projects for the future?
Connor: Right now I'm working on a video with Doug Urquhart, filming a lot for that lately, so far so good

Rolling.ro: What can you tell us about this video?
Connor: It's going to be very good

Rolling.ro: An inside story?
Connor: You'll just have to wait and see I guess, it's all high def, how about that?



Rolling.ro: haha...but who's going to star in it?
Connor: That I can't tell

Rolling.ro: what can you tell me about the latest remz model?
Connor: Nothing, in fact I couldn't even tell you, I'm so busy I don't find out until like a month before a new skate premieres

Rolling.ro: What movies did you star in and wich one pleased you the most?
Connor: Wow I don't know the answers to these questions! Hmmm let's see....Trash, 4x4, VG23, Noir, Teach Them Well, others I can't think of right now, the ones that pleased me the most are probably videos my friends have made, always been a fan of Carl's (Sturgess) videos, (Film, Demode, Killerboots), Doug Urquhart (Hashassins, Barely Dead), Brain Fear Gone, Smell The Glove ... I like a lot of videos

Rolling.ro: Are you into any other activities besides rollerblading?
Connor: Yeah, I love every aspect of cinematography/photography, editing, producing and stuff, that stuff is pretty fun. I go to the gym a lot too to work out all those bruises I get from skating

Rolling.ro: What sacrifices did you make for this sport?
Connor: Too many to name, I've pretty much ruined my body forever doing this thing, my ankles are fucked up, I've torn ligaments several times, torn meniscus in my left knee, I have a partially torn muscle in my right knee so right now I'm wearing an ELS full leg brace which sucks, I've gotten into fights because of skating, broken up with girlfriends, sacrificed jobs, I sacrifice a lot for skating, but it's totally worth it

Rolling.ro: What was your best, and what was your worst experience in rollerblading?
Connor: My best memory was having Kato call me and ask me if I wanted to be on the Remedyz team, that was pretty sweet, worst experience .... probably ripping ligaments in my left ankle after my skate got caught in bushes coming off a rail, that was like 4 years ago



Rolling.ro: Which is the most important thing when you skate?
Connor: That I remember to bring my skates haha

Rolling.ro: Which are the most important contests you have participated in? Best results?
Connor: Haha I'm not a contest skater at all, I participate in mostly all the contests, just for fun though, I've won a couple street comps here and there, I think I've only won one or two park comps, I always get to finals though, so that's good I guess haha

Rolling.ro: What skating videos do you like the most? Which is your favourite skater? And why?
Connor: Probably the 4x4 video for the trick difficulty, and barely dead for the filming, my favorite skater would have to be Rob Thompson (when he did skate), but Erik Bailey now, Chris Haffey is pretty good too (haha)

Rolling.ro: What's your favourite combination and favourite trick?
Connor: Always been a fan of true fish's to inspin souls, my favorite trick would have to be a regular top-soul

Rolling.ro: Have you ever heard of any romanian rollerblader? and if so, what's your opinion?
Connor: Hmmm I can't say that I have

Rolling.ro: Ok, so...last question, what's your advice to the youth of rollerblading?
Connor: My only advice I can give is to love what you do and fuck the rest. Skate for the love and nothing else.
